Utilizing an expanded structural design not only maximizes corridor space for enhanced storage capacity, facilitating activities such as planting and drying clothes, but also fosters community interactions. Additionally, the Pondok, serving as a transitional space between the Recycle Station and Co-Kitchen, acts as a versatile area for family gatherings and diverse activities, promoting a sense of community and facilitating various events such as workshops and festival celebrations.
To combat recycling facility scarcity, ground floor stations inspired by Japan's model, segregate items for user-friendly sorting. A modular cabinet promotes item exchange, building community trust and sustainability. Placing stations externally maintains environmental awareness and aids smooth item transportation.
Plant library, I developed a modular planting system for residents, enhancing space flexibility. The system transitions as needed and fosters community connections through activities like seed exchange.
