Jingnan zhang is a jewellery designer. Most of her jewellery works are inspired by her feelings, habits, and observations of the natural environment. She is very interested in narrative jewellery. She believes that jewellery can be a way of expressing emotions. As a medium, Jingnan zhang also hopes to consider the communication and connection between people and jewellery through design.
The work explores the backstory of gift wrapping. Jingnan Zhang focuses on gift packaging and collects gift packaging from her family, friendship, and ignorant love period. Although the gifts in those packaging are no longer there, she believes this memory is carried by the gift packaging and takes them as a memory.
