Biography

Hello, I’m Mary-Beth, a Jeweller based in Weymouth. I began my journey on the Jewellery and Silversmithing HND, then progressed onto the top-up BA DFI course. I love mixing new technology with traditional techniques, and my goal is to create jewellery that is both meaningful and beautiful. After graduation, I will launch my collection ‘Perfectly Imperfect’ under my newly-established brand BrodiRose Jewellery. This collection is inspired by Kintsugi, the ancient Japanese art of highlighting flaws and cracks with gold. My jewellery mirrors this technique, encouraging the wearer to realise they are perfect just the way they are.
