Elisei Stefanescu holds a First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Music. He studied piano performance at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire with Katharine Lam. In September 2020, after receiving a Scholarship Award at the same University, he started his Master’s Degree in Choral Conducting with Paul Spicer.
In November 2020, he has been selected as the winner of the Marjorie Hazlehurst Piano Award for 2019/20, awarded to a BMus4 piano student whose Major Project demonstrates the greatest imagination, enterprise and highest level of performance.
