Hello! My name is Jianuo Wu. I am graduating from BCU with a BA (Hons) in Landscape Architecture. Throughout my degree I have explored how a healthy ecological environment can positively contribute the landscape experience. How can we create a multi-sensory experiences for humans while protecting and enhancing biodiversity?
I am currently in Shandong Aoyang Decoration Co., Ltd. Internship. My role is to provide customers with systematic engineering solutions, such as functional planning and design, creative lighting art, material detail design, etc. I have been exploring the design of these separate components can be unified through the spatial landscape design.
My final year project aims to explore the relationship between man and nature. Using naturalistic landscape language to give people a new understanding of garden city. The design attempts to change people’s thinking through the experience of landscape, mitigating the impact of urbanisation in contemporary society. The site is divided into two different ways of urban and rural design, to increase people’s sensory experience of the place.
