As an interior designer, I believe that each space represents a different identity, reflecting the personalities and preferences of an ecology. Solving issues, enhancing a healthier and quality lifestyle while embodying the beauty in our imagination through creation, and turning fantasy into reality, giving a soul to space, is fascinating.
My final year project is a development from my research topic, ‘‘FREE MOVEMENT ON FOOT: Pedestrian Networks support a Walkable City’’
A time-based cultural publicscape where the community (pedestrians) and pedestrian networks (public space) come together for mutual benefit to resolve and redefine the functionality of public pedestrian networks by activating the space in order to strengthen the spatial and pedestrian relation.
The main keywords will be public space, mixed-use program, time-based, cultural activities and community.
